Star Solo Update

It’s here! Star Solo development is back on the schedule, and the newest version is available now!

Star Solo is a solo space tabletop role playing game. In Star Solo, you’ll fly from location to location, dodging asteroids and space pirates, trying to find odd jobs and make just enough money to stay ahead of your debts.

It’s important to note that Star Solo is still in development. If you play video games, think of it as an alpha release – a way to test the core gameplay mechanics.

The bulk of the work around the update was transitioning everything from Microsoft Publisher to Affinity Publisher 2. However, I’ve added content as well – here are the highlights, I hope you enjoy:

• New ship art for ship sheet!
• Layout Updates – recreated in new publishing tool
• Rules Updates – no major gameplay changes, but language updates
• Slots added to Travene Gambling Tables
• Ship Upgrades moved from CORE Industries page to its own location page
• Reinforced Hull added to CORE Industries Ship Upgrades
• Added a Central Space News Event
• Added a Central Space Event
• Added a Colony Space Event

Introducing The Grand Stallion: Champion Cup

A few weeks ago I received an email from a designer – Olo Torbjornson. Olo had a free game that was looking to get published! The timing was perfect for Free RPG day, so I am extremely happy to introduce The Grand Stallion: Champion Cup!

The Grand Stallion: Champion Cup is a solo game where you begin with three horses in your stable. Each horse has 5 “genetic” stats. Through breeding and purchasing horses, your goal is to build a pedigree of horses with the best possible stat combinations to compete and win across 4 different cup competitions!

The game includes 4 different cup competitions to compete at, rules for breeding horses and competing, pre-made NPC horses, and a hall of fame for your horses with the best competitive record, and strongest pedigree.
