I haven’t checked in for a few weeks – been busy! Here are the highlights from the last few weeks!
Last Few Weeks
Your First Spellbook released! Your First Spellbook is a journaling game that turns your everyday city into a hidden urban fantasy playground. The monsters you research, spells you create, and the result of your monster hunts are determined by what you find around you in real life.
In creating your journal and playing the game, you’ll spin a supernatural story through self expression and creativity no matter where you decide to play.

This Week
Okay so I was a bit cheeky with my “Last Week” update, but its generally true – I’ve spent all my PDG time the last few weeks on Your First Spellbook. This week, I get to pivot away from it and look to…the future!
· Your First Spellbook marketing continues. It’s been a blast seeing people get excited about the game and start to play!
· I am starting to finalize my 2027 plans! I’m hoping to announce the plans in November. Lots of fun things on the horizon.
· Speaking of…I am going to be finishing my Star Solo roadmap soon! I’m still gathering all my ideas, parsing them in terms of feasibility or not, and eventually I’ll have a roadmap for what is included in the free version, when I can move to a paid “beta” version, what will be in the final release, and when the final release will occur.
