Apollo Mine Releases April 14th
I’ve already covered this in my previous email, but I wanted to make it clear to everyone who is excited about this new game:
Apollo Mine will be releasing on April 14th!
Concept Art – First Peek
Mac Teg has completed his concept art for Apollo Mine! Included is the front cover, a bespoke Apollo Mine moon mission patch, and three map backgrounds!
I can’t wait to see what the final art looks like!
Expansions
In my last email, I mentioned that there were six expansions included with the initial release of Apollo Mine. This is two more than where Dwarf Mine currently is, so I wanted to dive a bit deeper into what these expansions offer!
Moon History – This expansion is similar to Dwarf Mine’s Mountain Creation expansion. It gives rules for generated lava tubes within the lunar mine, as well as a secret to uncover while playing!
Space Complexity – Similar to the More than a Dragon expansion for Dwarf Mine, Space Complexity offers 6 additional “final bosses” to fight, beyond the one included in the base game.
Astro Command – The Astro Command expansion gives a way to start with a special ability for your moon base commander! This expansion is similar to Dwarf Mine’s Bloodlines expansion.
Beyond the Moon – This expansion for Apollo Mine gives a new win condition – build a rocket and rocket silo, and launch your way to victory! This expansion is similar to the free Beyond the Mine expansion for Dwarf Mine.
Artefacts and Curses – The Artefacts and Curses expansion for Apollo Mine is included along with the base game! This expansion provides 6 artefacts and 6 curses that can enhance (and complicate) your game of Apollo Mine! This expansion is similar to the premium Artifacts and Curses expansion for Dwarf Mine.
Commercial Interests – This is a fun and complex expansion for Apollo Mine. In this expansion, you’ll be playing two mines at once! One mine will be new, and the other will be reclaimed. There isn’t a Dwarf Mine expansion quite like this – and it is included in the Apollo Mine base game!
