Paper Dice Games Update
November 5, 2025
Happy November everyone! I hope any spooky Halloween games went well for you. The fall season is reaching me here where I live, and I’m excited about some announcements I get to make as we approach the end of the year!
Grim Space: Horror Scenarios for your Space RPG is available!
Grim Space: Horror for your Space RPG is available now! You can check it out at the marketplaces below:

Grim Space was incredibly fun to create, but incredibly challenging and time consuming. I wouldn’t say I’m completely burned out, but I certainly need a break. So I won’t be creating anything new in the next few weeks, but I have some really exciting projects I am prepping for in 2026!
Other Updates
- Spellbook – I added my Spellbook project to the roadmap below. This will (pending playtesting) likely be the first release in 2026.
- Airheads – I added Airheads as a project codename to the roadmap. This is a new Dwarf Mine expansion! I’m hoping for a Q2/Q3 release, but there is a lot of testing to do so I just put “2026” for the planned launch for now.
- Smarties – I also added Smarties as a project codename to the roadmap. I don’t want to say too much about this now, but it’s planned for later in 2026.
- Star Solo Updates – Star Solo (which currently has a free version) is still on my radar. Since Microsoft Publisher will no longer be supported as of next year, I’ll need to rebuild the entire document in Affinity Publisher 2. This is going to take a very long time. However, I’m hoping to have a Star Solo update in 2026 – but I can’t commit yet, so it is not on the roadmap below.
2025/2026 Roadmap
I’m happy to say I was able to release all game sand projects in 2025 on schedule! I’m currently planning for 2026, and looking forward to designing more fun games for you all to play!

Other Games
- I love suggesting free games for you all to check out in this section. I realized that I’ve never suggested one of the best free solo RPGs there is – Ironsworn! Ironsworn, by Shawn Tomkin, has an incredible Vow system that basically helps you create short and long term goals, and tracks your progress and momentum as you work towards those goals.
It’s free – free! Check it out on DriveThru RPG here!
