Grim Space Updates
Grim Space, my horror-inspired follow up to Distress Calls for Space RPGs, is being worked on as you are reading this! I’m 30% done with the different scenarios, adventure hooks, creatures and passenger events in the book.
My next steps include art orders, and beta readers. I’m branching out with the scope of this book, so I want to make sure it is meaningful for game masters of various sci fi RPGs.
I originally announced a Q4 release in 2025, with a hopeful release date just before Halloween. I still think this release date is possible, but I am not ready to commit to it yet. Art, and feedback from my beta readers, will influence when the release of this will occur.
Other Updates
- I’m planning for 2026 games I want to build. Last month I announced Spellbook. I have several other announcements I’ll be ready to share near the end of this year.
Product and Project Updates
Work on Grim Space continues, and I’m hoping to have a bunch of the project completed here in the month of September. Basic design work on Spellbook continues as well!

Other Games
- In an itch.io review video I created, I gave a brief overview of The Wandering Library, a free small journaling game. It has a cool vibe to it, so I thought I’d give it a shout here!
